Patrick has represented both owners and tenants of commercial and residential real property in matters which have included land use, negotiation of purchase and sale agreements, lease negotiations, landlord/tenant disputes, debtor/creditor relationships, landslide and subsidence claims, adjoining owner disputes, co-owner disputes and eminent domain/inverse condemnation.
Patrick has worked both with owners and with contractors in a wide variety of construction cases, including construction defect litigation, contract negotiation, performance disputes and mechanic’s lien/stop notice claims.
