After graduating from CSU Chico with a BS in Civil Engineering, Sean traveled the Pacific Northwest managing over 100 million dollars of highway and bridge construction projects for Western Federal Lands Highway Division (WFLHD), from Yellowstone National Park to the Arctic Circle in Alaska. Many of these projects were located in environmentally sensitive areas including building bridges over blue ribbon waters.
